The Railics is a safe load system developed especially for crane on rail operations. The Railics safe load system has is a built-in swivel and height limiter. It fully meets the EN 15746 standard.

The Railcs safe load system for crane on rail is operated and read out by means of a 7-inch touch-screen display. To this the operator can continuously monitor the current load, height, maximum load, and allowable height readout. In addition, a choice can be made on the display among the different lifting programs. There may be chosen between gear up, gear down and secure, also between the different programs per attachment. If the driver does not have a competence certificate for cranes (required above 10 tonne / meter), then the security is adjusted accordingly.

The angle data transmitters are manufactured from stainless steel and attached to each boom turning part via CAN bus connected to each other. In the lifting cylinders hydraulic pressure sensors are placed. The system can calculate the height and the load hook to seven boom sections this way.
